The club is a registered Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) (Licence 03643). Office bearers are elected by club members at the Annual General Meeting . The 2009 AGM will be held in May/June next year – details will be provided on the website two weeks before the meeting.

The club welcomes all parents who share its aims to join in the administration of the club.
